Does anyone run co2 injection and also use a wet dry filter? Is there a substantial loss of co2 from the wet dry filter? What other filter options are there on large 150 gallon+ tanks?

I'd of thought it'd depend how you were getting the CO2 into the water. If you were using a ceramic diffuser or a reactor that was on your outflow pipe, I'd of thought it wouldn't really make much difference would it? The CO2 has gone into the tank already, so the plants have had their oppertunity to use it.

I might be wrong of course ;)

The problem supposedly arises when the water returns and comes back through the bioballs in the filter. I have read conflicting opinions on the web so I was hoping someone that actually uses a wet dry filter would be able to answer. The worst that would happen is I would have to refill the co2 canister much more often.
