Cannot get a co2 diffuser locally, and postage takes the mick...

Sooo, Ive decided to import some ! 3 coil glass diffuser, or plastic "ladder"

Indeed, his presumtions are correct. Where are you importing them from?

Surely importing would cost more than 'taking the mick' postage???.
Any pics of what you are ordering?.

I found AquaEssentials great value for money and top quality - why go further? Postage from him does not "take the mick" in my opinion.

Which sells for £10.99 + £2.95 postage... total £13.94

I cannot find a ladder for sale in the UK (other than in a kit) , but it looks like this:

Perhaps "taking the mick" was a little strong as regards postage, but when postage equates a third of the purchase price... And when we can get the same gear from halfway across the world cheaper - then wheres the harm ?

what size tank are these for, I have a 300 litre tank. Are these the ones that help keep the plants healthy

I would go for the ladder, not sure the glass ones would release enough for 300L .... unless you use more than one !
Either can use cylinder gas, but the ladder would be best suited to the fermentation type of CO2 production.

Just started with CO2 in my 4' tank... very impressed with the initial results, plants are growing away very strongly now.
