Co2 concentration

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to determine the concentration of co2 in my tank. I have been using this chart but my Kh is about 80 ppm and my ph is about 7.0 and the chart doesnt have ppm. can anyone help. thanks.

There are inexpensive test kits for CO2 ... one source I've seen suggest 5 - 15 ppm of CO2 for a planted aquarium. 15 ppm being the high end where CO2 is toxic to fish. Keep in mind thats just a reference I have seen .. I would double check that number.
