What do i need to do to help them.

First, Water Change!!

Second, maby get some ich treatment.

But have to do a big water change. 50% or more.

How many gallons or litres is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Clown loaches are very prone to whitespot.
Signs of whitespot. The fish will have small sized grain of salt spots. Or the fish will look like it's been sprinkled in salt.

Remove black carbon from filter.
Raise temp to 30.
Increase aeration, as the high temp and med reduce 02 in the water.
Make sure you can use the full dose of med with the fish you keep. With some brands of whitespot med you have to half dose with sensitive fish.

Its a 13 liter tank. I have bought some medication, i have put in the correct amount to what the back o fthe bottle says.

Once the whitspot cleared up I would suggest that your sister ask the lfs to take him back.
Even small clown loaches need at least 30 gallons. Also they should be kept in less than a group of 3.

She is getting a bigger tank soon so theres no point takeing them back to the store to be put in a similar sized tank.
Thanks for the info tho.

The tanks way to small.
Water quality will be hard to keep under control.

Is there anymore fish in the tank?
