Clown Loach Skinny Disease?

If you suspect one has this should you remove him immediatly?? Theres alot of conflicting info on the web is it contagious or is it not contatgious??
 
Not contagious in most cases (in fact, in every case I've seen, and there were many).

Treat with a dewormer, like Levamisole. If the disease did not progress too far, full recovery is likely.

I was given one fish that was a lot thinner than the others and was worried for a while but he ate blood worms by the bucket load and after about 6 months I realised he was not skinny no more. He did remain a lot smaller than the others. My advice would be to observe all the fish and wait and see unless he is really sufffering they can lie still as if ill and there is little wrong. Colour will tell you a lot.
