You cleaned it with bleach?!?!? Do you mean household bleach that goes down toilets? If so I'm surprised you don't have dead fish rather then just cloudy water.
Anyway the water will be the result of an un-cycled tank. As you've done a large water change already, I would just keep up with the 10% water changes. It'll clear in time.
i used Clorox, and not much at that just enough to get the tank wet,
the only thing that is left on my mind is there anything i can do to help my fish during this? its not possible for me to return them the the pet shop bc they give no refund. and if i just gave em back they would prob just kill em due to the fact they would be afraid something is wrong with them
So long as you rinsed very well and hopefully used double dechlor when you filled the tank then it should be fine.
As for the fish, if you're debating re-homing then you could do it via this forum using the classified section. I'm sure someone would be willing to take them on.
Alternatively, just make sure that the ammonia doesn't go above 0.25ppm, and also begin testing nitrites and make sure that doesn't go above 0.25ppm
