Cloudy Water

I just checked the water coming out of my tap:
Nitrites - 0ppm
Ammonia - 2ppm

Is this bad considering I dont dechlorinate my water wen doing water changes?

yes. dechlorinate your water, putting all sorts of funky things into your tank that could harm your fish.

your ammonia must be at 0 in your tank or the ammonia will burn your fish.

where, and how much is dechlorinater?
Use STRESS COAT. Its not expensive youll get in in your LFS. ALWAYS add this to your water. BTW, do you
vacumn your gravel at every water change? How often do you change the water & how much do you replace??

Yes I vacuum my gravel every water change, i vacuum it every week, and i take out about 5 gallons. BTW I have a 29 gallon.

Good job! Stick with the water changes for now like i told you earlier but MAKE SURE to go and get SRESS COAT before adding tap water to your tank. NO CHANGES until you get it! These small frequent water changes should also help your cloudy/milky water. If after a few weeks when your radings are normal Amm 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 10/20 ppm and your water STILL hasnt cleared, do a bit more reseach on BACTERIAL BLOOMS. Though, as i say you water changes should help a lot!
