Cloudy Water In Vision 180

My Juwel Vision 180 has been set up for 6 weeks (with matured filter material) but the water has never been very clear in spite of keeping the tank free of debris and filter pad regularly squeezed in old tank water. There is a continual haze and when I look through the tank sideways I can hardly see the other end. I thought Juwel filters were supposed to be the best. My tank is heavily planted, lightly stocked and sparingly fed. Any suggestions?

do you have carbon or polishing wool in the filter?

Neither, I removed the carbon as no meds being used and the filter order is the white poly pad first then the blue sponges. Where in the filter stack should I put polishing wool? Thanks for your help.

Right at the top, it should go through the wool last...
