Cloudy Water...food?

ok so i found out that it was overfeeding my fish..with black worms are there any other types of ffood that i can feed a fire eel bgk without all that messy black wors everywhere???
and what type of brand do you recommend to use to make the cloudy water clear again?
an should i stick to feeedin them every 4 days again?? or what do you recomen pls help thank you
pls telll me soi can run out to the store tomorrow after work to buy it/them??thanks

well the underlying problem was overfeeding them..
i do itfrom now on twice a week now and water change 1s a week ??

so what is the cure to over feeding
.feed less its obvious that is food is
left getting uneaten you don't feed as much
the next time and up your tank maintenance
till you clear you cloudy water problem
