cloudy tank

hello everyone, hope someone can help me here, I have had a 33 gal tank for some time now . I have only a very lge goldfish (about 7in) a plecostmus (4in) one small molly and 2 louches (4in) we moved the tank away from a sunny window cause we thought it would get too hot during summer, it now is quite protected from sun. but now it has gone green green green on us , water 1/2 changed 3 times still ugly,, trying pond clearing stuff right now ,, any tips please- please feel free to email me at [email protected] as I may not find my way back here for awhile........thanks
