Closer look at Angel fish - has white growths

After my angels have been constantly hiding for 3 days, I have removed their hiding place so I could look at them. One of them appears to have white spots near side of mouth - there is one large one and 2 little ones and protrude quite a bit. Can anyone help? I do not have a hospital tank by the way.
