Clearseal Tanks

Hi,

I've a problem in that my platties are breeding like bedamned and I'm running out of space in my tank.

I was thinking of getting a clearseal tank but was wondering if anybody has had any experiences with them, (good or bad) before I make my purchase?

Yep, I've got a 15g clearseal, although I'm not too keen on the dimensions the price wasn't *too* bad.

Yes good tanks i agree with ohhfesy on that one dimentions arent always ideal. Urs LFS would probably order it in for you.

i have an old clearseal tank. it used to have gerbils in it.
am considering re-sealing it (those pesky gerbils clawed out most of the sealant from the corners) and getting another hood for it. it's got a reptile hood at the moment.

it's about 10 years old now, it still seems pretty solid!
never used it for fishies though
