whats good stuff to useto remove tough on algae when cleaning tank?

You can get all sorts of scrapers but there are some that you can attach a razor blade to to remove stuborn algae but be very carefull when using it as you can easily cut the silicon in the corners of the tank with disasterouse results.

hot water and a plastic scrubbing pad like for dishes (not steel wool) works for most algae. for the stubborn stuff get some blades like big mick says
