Ciliate Protozoan (Ick)

Hi,  I am in desperate need of answers. My tank has became infested with ciliate protozoan where my fish have become infested with white spots. I have had 1 rope fish and 1 iridescent shark to die. I put ick guard in the tank according to the instructions and after 24 hours it seems to  be getting worst. So I changed the 25% of water vacuuming the bottom of the tank and putting more ick guard in according directions along with 2teaspoons of unionized salt per 10 gallons and slightly raising the temperature of the water. Is there any other suggestions of what else I can do?

Increase the aeration because medication and high temps really strip the water from oxygen.

If you don't see improvement in a week, I'd change the meds. Also, people normally either treat with just salt/high temperature method if your fish are not salt sensitive(catfish, plecos, corys, loaches, etc.), or medication, not both as it's too heavy on the fish.
 If the ick guard doesn't stop the deaths and you don't see improvement, get a different brand meds, but read the label and take your time choosing them. Check waterlife products. Avoid copper as it will kill any invertebrates like shrimp or snails and pollute your water.
Also, make sure the salt is dissolved before adding it to the tank, and replace the relevant amount with each water change. Siphon daily if you have the time and do larger water changes like 40-50-% if you can. And keep treating for a least a week after you last see any white spots on the fish. If one parasite survives, your tank will be re-infested in no time. So try killing it the first time around.

FOr anyone else reading this thread. This member has posted a similar topic elsewhere in the forum, where they state that they also have another ropefish, another shark, a crayfish and a goldfish, in a 50 gallon tank.
 
I have advised Seacreature there about the size that the ID shark will want to reach, and advised them to cure the ich, and return the fish at the earliest opportunity.

Well today i will do another 25% water change and medicate half the dosage and continue to keep temp at 83° and adding disolved salt. no fish loss as of now. I was at work and still am now my wife is helping me with the tank. The fish we have are one rope fish one ID shark one crawfish kuhillo looch goldfish a!nd one tetra. they are all in the same tank
