The character of my tank is not himself at all :(. He’s not eaten for 3 days now and he’s normally snapping at the top and very greedy. He looked quiet blue around the mouth yesterday, but that does look a bit better today. He’s swimming/sitting a lot more nose high, and occasionally is listing slightly to the left. He just looks like he’s staring into space.

just tested my water and it’s looks like this
Nitrate 20
Nitrite 0
PH 6.5
KH 0
GH 30

Everyone else is happy at Larry. Temp 26.

Ok, that's good :) Are there any other stress factors in the tank? What fish do you have in the tank? Maybe @Colin_T could help..
No new tank mates in about 3 mths. Fully planted tank. I hate watching him struggle :(. Feeling sad

How old is the fish. He doesn't look too upset, has this been gradual lethargy leading Up to the lack of eating? What do you feed? How did the other fish die, did you notice anything when you fished it out. Is the fish looking thin?

How big is the tank and what other fish are in with him. Also does he have any hiding spots, Caves?

Any chance of a video of the fish?
If the video is too big for this website, post it on YouTube and copy & paste the link here. We can view it at YouTube.

If you are using a mobile phone to take the video, have the phone horizontal so the video takes up the entire screen. If you have the phone vertical, you get video in the middle and black on either side.

--------------
Don't add new fish to a tank that has a sick fish in. It just makes the problems worse. Work out what is wrong, get the fish healthy, and then a month after everyone has been good, add some more fish if you want to.

Thank you, for the replies guys. I did try to take a video and upload it, but couldn’t work out how to do it ‍♀️. He sadly passed away yesterday whilst I was at work :(. I do have caves in the tank and it’s 200 litre, as someone asked me that I think.

There is a high chance that it's caused by parasites such as gill flukes or internal parasites.
Gill flukes can cause slow death but towards the end of the fish life, you will notice that the fish will breathe very fast.
Gill flukes could have infected them even from the beginning when you first bought them or through the plants.

Also, did you feed them with worms or live food which can bring parasites into the tank?

I did used to feed live worms, until about 5 weeks ago and the now have frozen. He did seem to be breathing harder and was swimming at the surface more. I moved my filter higher, so it was breaking the surface more. But that didn’t make any difference to him.
