I have another one with same bite on side, I isolated him to a smaller tank, I think my pair Convict Cichlids are biting them..

I don't think that's a bite from a convict. The torn fins are likely from being nipped, and its likely that he received that injury as he was running away from another fish and slammed into a rock or something.

If the pair of Convicts that have babies in the tank with other fish, should I remove the babies to a separate tank , would the pair stop bullying the other fish? I don't want to keep losing fish. Thank you

They are just going to have more babies again soon. The fish need to be separated.

Also, what size tank do you have and what kind of fish are in it? Convicts are central american cichlids and the fish that had passed looked like an African cichlid of some sort. Mixing the two is usually not a good idea.
