Cichlid And Silverfish

Yeah, I thought about buying a cat, but I decided against it (too loud and messy). They're bigger than what I'm looking for anyway. What about a parrot of some kind? How closely related are they to Cichlids?

That could work. I'm not sure if it's legal to own a toad. My country's laws tend to restrict ownership rights over farm animals like toads.. for ordinary civilians anyway. If you're a warlord, you can pretty much own any animal you want. I guess if there is a law prohibiting me from owning a toad, I could get one of my cousins to write a letter for me (he's a warlord - he lives in Texas, United States of America).

lmao..

OP have u looked into an incubator? I think this is the ideal way to grow silverfish. you can make quite a colorful colony in a small amount of time. they sell quite well on sites like craigslist etc. the older they get the grumpier they are tho, just a heads up.

also make sure u have a heat lamp, as they need this to reproduce (also why an incubator is good)

good luck and take lots of pics.

we love pics.

^^ Did I read that, or am I experimenting different alcoholic mixes again?

Just get some Cichlids! :good:

James.

This does make a lot of sense. I thank you. I take exception at thinking about your name. It makes me a bit sad if I'm completely honest.

Why does it make u sad? To be honest, your forum post in the pyschforums. com makes me a bit sad, assuming you, Coach Ron Miles, is the same Coach Ron Miles as over there. If you google your name,(young people use this term "google" to signify using the Google search engine to explore subjects across the internets) you will realize the first thing people will read about is your addiction..... Not the best first impression, I might add. Have you decided what to do with ur Silverfish? Any names picked out yet?

Why not BBQ them? They don't make good pets...

Well! What a load of bananas LOL

I'm thinking about donating the silverfish collection to the Boys and Girls Club. It's becoming pretty obvious to me that I am not a very good owner. I'll regret to see them go, but I hope they will bring as much joy to the children as they have to me.

I did write to the psych forum about a problem I've been having. I don't think my problem has had too much of an effect on the silverfish, but I probably do need to get things straightened out before jumping into animal ownership again.

Yeah Silverfish aren't fish, they're pests and usally you don't want them. Take them out and sell them(if it's even possible). Then start the aquarium as a real aquarium.

If you actually get some measurements of the aquarium then we can help you out with stocking properly.

interesting thread here I thought I had been taking the wrong meds again!!!

Silverfish are the bane of book owners and I fail to see why anyone would want the things. I hope the lid is on tight!

I think this may be a hoax lol hmm interesting googling lol

 Bae1994 I'm with you!

Surely members don't believe this person is actually being serious about keeping silverfish? They're just having a laugh...
