Chocolate oozing out of my rock

On my LR with Green Polyp, this morning I noticed on the side of it some chocolate looking stuff is oozing out... not as much oozing but more like gum.. any ideas folks?

Something may have died in there and is oozing out.. Part of the "curing process" I'd say..
