Cherry Shrimp Dying Off

no co2 or fertilizers.i only have moss in the tank,i think it is a lack of minerals and calcium.ph of water is around 6.4. how can i replace some of these.seen these two products just wondering if they would help

Seems like your water is too soft. Possibly some of these products may help. I have really nice dead corals I brought with me from Thailand and the shrimp and snails were all over a piece when I put it in.
Your water maybe lacking calcium, which is important for motling.
 
Edit: Your other option could be shrimp that are more tolerant to softer water. One from the caridina species.
