I had to move my 30 gallon tank the other day. In doing such, i realized that every single one of my red cherry shrimp were dead and gone! Just a few weeks ago, they seemed to be fine and were breeding and multiplying like crazy! I did not test the water before i emptied it for the move, so i have no idea what my stats were. I also found one dead amano shrimp in the tank, and there is something wrong w/one of my neon tetras, alhtough i don't know if this is related. There were no major changes to the tank prior to the move. I added a pair of honey gourami to the tank a few months back. Could they have eaten them? Or do you think it's more likely there was a problem w/my water quality?

Did you add any new live plants or moss balls?
