Lookin for a tank about 4x2x2 but not really wanting to pay a shed load of money out....

If your not bothered about second hand, then I have found gumtree or eBay the best.

Will they have filters and heaters with them?

Depends - check the listing for what is included.

You could also check aquarists classified.

Second hand is the way to go, though it depends what you call cheap. For a tank of the size you're looking for, you'd still be expecting to spend a few hundred of whatever your currency is.

£ and yeah ino am just not wanting to pay stupid prices for a tank

I was lookin at a vid on YouTube that DIY make your own tank, might have to give that a little go one day see what comes from it

I used something called items for sale on facebook and picked up a complete fluval roma 240 setup with stand arond 6 months old the heater hadnt even been taken out the box and there are bottles of dechlorinator and bacteria start unopend all for £120. They retail around £350 there was also a 2ft resin copter but i swapped that for a betta tank. I think its best to set ya self a limit how much u want to pay then just keep looking around on f.book, ebay ect

if you live in the us use craigslist (cheaper then using ebay) just make sure the tank doesnt leak.

i took my chances and bought a 30 gallon with hood and light and stand for $60 (guy sold it to me for 40 because i had to drive and pick it up)

didnt check for leaks but luckily he was honest and it didnt, although the light didnt work. bought a new starter and bulb for $15 and works great.
