Oh wow they went all out!!! Trick or treating was a mess in our neighborhood this year. I think the city tried to make it so that it would be staggered by age group so that the little ones start at noon and so on. End result was that everyone trick or treated for an hour or two in hordes at noon, nobody was prepared because everyone was planning on putting out candy at dusk because the city did not send out flyers about the change, and social distancing was still not adhered to despite everything. We did not partake this year and just went for a walk, just as well for us but sucks for all the kids who were looking forward to Halloween...
