browsing ebay i found two parrot cichlids for sale locally. been after some for a while so thought id get these from as local breeder who took them in off a friend cos they were eating small fish. anyway they were in very good condition and bigger than any in my local shops. better still i got them both for a bargain at £8. i was also impressed with the seller as he had a small fish house so i got some small angel fish for my mothers new 125l set up. heres a video of the lovely little critters:

They're lovely!
I love the way they're so expressional, looking at your pictus to say "#128### is that?!"

Beautiful! You got them a big aquarium. I think for that space you need to add more kind of fishes and add colorful coral reefs and aquatic mosses. Feels like their living in a real underwater world.

"colourfull coral reefs"

In a 'tropical' tank, not marine. This kind of decor would crucify the tanks overall looks. Theres only one thing worse to put in a tropical tank aside from synthetic decor...thats marine synthetic decor.

On a serious note, how are these fish doing Kevin? Been a while since you introduced them to us without further updates :)

im having trouble with one of the arrots though regarding it swimbladder. from the research ive done it seems quite common. its frustrating though as one day its fine and then a few days later it seems to lose balance and twist and turn all over. but then wha=en feeding time comes its fine lol. thanks for asking anyway, these fish seem a bit controversial here lol.
