Cute tank! I too would suggest adding two more levels of cinder blocks underneath the tank to raise it to a more appropriate level. It doesn't have to be eye level, just up a little more. Don't worry about them getting knocked over. Three stacks of cinder blocks is sturdy enough to hold its own weight.

Also I would try tacking a cloth around the base and that way you can use the underneath for fishie stuff storage.

i dont really need any room for 'fish storage' .. i have like 5 other tanks, and a table with all the food etc. on it... the tanks are already up, and i wont be adding any more cinder blocks... my cat likes looking at them... the only tanks he can see without assistance lol... he sits infront of the 10g betta tank all day and just stares at them... i dont mind lying on the floor to look at them either lol

yea.. he cant get enough of it.. always bothers me when im tryin to look or take pics of the fish.. thankfully he doesnt try to get at them
