Cheap Pleco food

Hi first ever post but have a money saveing food for plecos. Frozen bags of spinich tablets you can get it from most supermarkets for under a pound & will last for months 1 tablet a day will post a pic of him feeding when i get my camera working. Alot cheaper than algae wafers ect.

there in with all the frozen peas ect in most supermarkets there about an inch long so ideal for most fish & defenetly plecos.
