Chat Room & Other Improvements

After installing the correct JAVA on my laptop I managed to join the chat room, to a huge disappointment!

If possible, im sure there are some free chatroom hosting servers out there, the chatroom should be advertised a little bit more and also made a little easier to function.

The fact there is about 20 lines of stuff to read just to get it to work, and then its fairly sub standard was a bit saddening.

I understand its not a main focus for the site, but think it should be made a little easier to manage and join.

Also I think there should be some kind of helpfull tip of the week somewhere on the home screen along with a resourcefull subject of the week or even day.

I know these things are not the easiest of things to setup but just think they could help broaden the forum a little as its usually people asking about stocking and people hammering there decisions or tank sizes. Just direct a little more information easier.

Just what I thought because this forum needs a little more ummf putting into it IMO and several others judging from what ive read recently.
