Changing Filter Media

I have both a 100 and a 200 Aquaflow filter the 100 came with my superfish cubie 40 tank but I replaced it with the larger 200 , When you unclip the cartridge and remove the vented plastic intake panel to get access to the sponge, there is enough room to house two full size sponges, you just have to squish them in very tightly, but having two sponges in there restricts the flow, I did actually run mine with a wad of filter floss above the sponge.
