The heat and humidity would be easy to keep in check if you misted twice daily and had a 50 Watt heating bulb, also a UVA/UVB light is easy to come by. If you want a chameleon get a veiled. They are the bottom line easiest to keep. I would suggest the exo terra fresh air habitat. That has a weird typ of mesh that let's air in and aout but keeps humidity in.
