Clarias Catfish - AKA Walking Catfish.

Agree with Wills on the catfish but I'm more interested in the dinosaur. I would love to watch that hunting a giant catfish like the one it is after :)

Clarias batrachus to be precise.

I've kept this fish before. It grew faster than I thought and at some point I donated him to a welknown lfs. They loved its size and fitted perfectly in the giant tank they created at the store. I got an internal filter in return.

It’s one of my favourite cats in its white or brown format. I don’t like the marbles ones at all. I’ve had about three white ones. They grow an inch a week if you feed them well, till about 16”.

The sp. is called a marbled catfish(Clarias batrachus)
But these one's are selectively bread to get a color morph than the normal brownish color.

Do they take stroll along the riverside or stuck in water forever ?

Only the marbled version is called the Marbled Catfish.

Oh my mistake used the word 'sp.' In the wrong place
Correction:-
That fish is called marbled catfish and it's a color morph of Clarias batrachus
