Catfish & Danio Has Inflamed outh

Greets,

My catfish now has an red inflamed spot on its mouth. The danios mouth is getting worse.

I have the danio in a seperate tank and i am treating it with Daros stop fungus.

Should I add salt and how much? Ditto 4 catfish.

The breeding tank holds 20l of water.

The tank it was in has a
PH of 7-7.5
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 1

Gotta get the hang of reading the results ( all the colours look the same 2 me).

I'd go with 1/2 of the recomended dosage as catfish are scaless and sensitive to salt. I run 1 teaspoon per five gallons which is 1/2 of the recomended on my carton of salt and my loaches, tetras, and farlowella (all scaless fish) seem fine with it. the store I buy from uses the same mixture in all their tanks but the snail tank (salt will make snails all fizzy and kill them)
