Cat Geckos Are Here!

About 100 years? No wait nearly 7 years thats it, it just feels like longer :p

LOL - Boy, Im sure she'll love that! Rumor has it you can't handle to giant spiders either!!

yes he is a bit of a girls blouse when it comes to lickle, itsy witsy tarantulas :p

Oh well if he'd like to get me a lovely pair of cat geckos (which our local reptile shop can (not that I've asked or anything :D ) get in) I would probably not get the rather tempramental cobalt blue I've got my eye on :D

Thanks for the sheet Synnir, very interesting, I'm going to do a search on them now, thay really are rather gorgeous and you are very lucky

Just had a look for a while there really isn't that much info out there on them is there, I read a lot about an American called Marcus who seems to know lots about them, he might be worth trying to get hold of.

Very nice, Synirr, I can appreciate a nice reptile. I've not seen this one before. In South FL, however, we already have a decent supply providing endless hours of day and night entertainment. A few of the geckos that have decided to make South FL their new home...Who wouldn't want to live in South FL?

Hemidactylus mabouia
Hemidactylus garnotii
Hemidactylus turcicus

OK, I just got tired of cutting and pasting, here is a delightful article I dug up.

They are useful in my house actually as they tend to eat roaches and ants, but I don't think they do as well in all of S FL as they do in my house.

Good luck breeding them. Where do you find room for everything?

llj :)

PS. CFC afraid of spiders, considering the mosters he keeps, I'm surprised he's afraid of anything!
