Cardinals & Brislenose Catfish

are cardinal tetras & bristlenose catfish ok in a tank together i think they would be just checking and is 80lts ok for a 2 bristlenoses and maybe 10 cardinals ??

Yes, they are fine together and, yes, 80 litres is 20 gallons which is large enough for a pair of bristlenoses and 10 cardinals. HOWEVER, the bristlenoses have to be a male/female pair or else stick with just one. Otherwise, they'll fight over territory.
