Can't View Atatched Pictures/files

When I click a file name within a post for example "mytank.jpg" it won't open and gives me an error -

An Error Occurred

[#10171] You do not have permission to view this attachment.

Any ideas of a fix?

Which forum are you getting this error in- let me know and I will fix it
