Can't Keep Plants Alive

My new plants are just starting to show signs of dying, going slightly off colour. Also algae is starting to form on the tank glass. I'm feeding the plants some 'Neutro T' daily, as supplied by the plants vendor, should I use some liquid carbon, such as 'Neutro CO2' or should I be thinking of a simple CO2 set up?

Well the plants will melt back as they are grown out of water and have to change to submerged form, as you are using Neutro + which contains N&P I'd grab some Neutro CO2 to make sure as the plants wont use the N&P your dosing if they have no added extra CO2.

I'm using some Neutro CO2 now, and the plants seem to be reviving. The Marsilea almost died back, but there are signs now of new growth. Need some advice on new fish, going to the fish forum. Thanks
