Cannot Read/write Pm

Just joined this awesome problem, just one issue. I cannot write or read PM's. I have the little notification box but when i click it it said im not alloud to use the PM thing

help?

You need 10 posts in order to be able to do this, purely for the reason of preventing people from abusing the system.
