This thread is in the wrong section. I'll move it to Board Announcements and Suggestions.

no reason why they cant request a deletetion and purge of all posts, if its actually requested, by law, the forum owner is required to assist :) Its only 2 clicks of a button anyway. I've had to do it a few times on a gaming forum i run.

If you do not like a site, vote with your feet.

If you do not want your posts to be floating around cybespace, do not post.

Not to be too morbid, but I will.
I've found myself searching through old topics, several years old and I go into people's profiles. Maybe old mods with thousand + posts and wonder why they stopped hanging on the forum.
Maybe years from now someone will look at my profile and wonder what happened to me.
That's not weird.........

But they'll never know who you were because you have no avatar. Me?, they'll just think I was a clown loach.

LOL

However, I remember ticking a box that said I accepted this rule. You made the conscious decision to accept this rule, the law couldn't do anything.

Funny enough.

It's on the news about passing a law to allow people to delete information of the Internet if they want. At the moment we don't as it appears have the right.
