Can Young Angels And Adults Live Together Happily

what would happen if adults and young fish ( two to three inch) were placed together? would the older once harrass the younger?

What kind of fish?

Post topic: Can young angels and adults live together happily?

my answer - 2" angels with 5" angels = no no
2" angels with 3" angels = yea

It really depends on how many of each. I've kept dime size juvies with dollar+ adults. If you understock you may have problems. Overstock, overfilter, and do 50% water changes and you should be ok.

na i wouldnt do it. i have 8 discus and ibought 2 red marlbros a 3-4" when oter were 4-5" and they got picked on. but they fought back nd arenow in the "CREW" i think the angels are more aggressive and would kill them. so i wouldnt do it but when its an inch difference it dnt matter. wat sizes were you thinking of ?

I agree

Until you know the tank size & how many angels you can't make a call on this. I wonder how many members posting on this topic have tried this.

other question , i also dont want any trouble from breeding so i recon i need them all to be the same sex. how the hell can i do that? split any that pair off???
was thinking of buying some large ones that people were selling off hence my first question?

your tank isnt big enough for 7 but maybe 4/5 get a 4 babys and grow them on feed them more often and lots of water changes and theyll get big quick. with angels you either get breeding or you get haters. theyll fight or make love. so maybe pairs will be the best but once you get a pair you may want just one pair.
