Festivum cIchlid - looks fully grown. They are a South American cichlid, quite gregarious but can be quite fiesty in my experience.

Good to know there are more species of Mesonauta.
 
I can't tell you the species, as there are several closely related, similar fish whose origin matters for separating them out - but I'm with @Wills that it's one of the fevistum or flag Cichlids of the Genus Mesonauta.

They get surprisingly large and very heavy bodied with age, and need clean conditions and space. They get linked with angels a lot because of their appearance, but I found keeping them very different. For one thing, they can be several times the body weight of an angel, and that means several times the bioload. @Wills says they're feisty, and I agree. I had one that bordered on nasty, which says my 75 gallon wasn't big enough, or I should have had two 75s for them.. I used to keep them in a group of 6, and they never paired off here.
