Can you help me with these corals :)

When it was in the store, this had long flowing tentacles. Some are out but not all as its just gone in the tank today

And finally your personal opinion. Would you add a larger piece of LR where the clown fish is at the time of this picture, so i could put the trumpet adn other bits on it. It would make the tank look alot better and more full, whereas at the minute i think it looks abit bare

Cheers

ive decided i will buy another piece of LR tomorow, so thne i can get more coral and go for a nicer more filling tank :)

remember to cure the rock separately in another container if its live.

First one is a Goniopora. Exceptionally poor survival rates in captive aquariums. They require intense light, surging random florate, and feedings of microinvertebrates (phyto/rots) to try and survive. Were it my tank, I'd take the goniopora back.

Not sure on the second one

Thanks for that ski :good: Once again, you jump in and help me ! Well my clowns are hosting in it at the minute lol (first thing thye have after adding a torch and hammer coral). Its doing okay so far, its nearer the top of the tank so it can get maximum light, a powerhead flowing around it and all its polyps and tentacles are extended now...
We'll see how it goes ;)

get the clowns out of there, most corals hate clowns in them.
