Can You Feed Guppies Spinach?

Can you feed guppies burnt spinach leaves?

Yes, they are omnivores and should like spinach, not as a staple food, but as part of a balanced diet.

Make sure it is blanched and you will obviously have to cut it up small enough so that they can get it into their mouths.

why burnt? i don't think they would like it, it would be like eating burnt toast or something (not too nice)
but saying that you could try and see what happens

Why???

I don't understand, blanching is to briefly boil in water, so it must be almost physically impossible to burn it. So why would you go to the trouble of burning it when it is no trouble to do it properly.?

I steam spinach keep the nutrients in.
Only take a few minutes for the fish.
Though usually when I cook veg I just put some to oneside for the fish.

Lol How can you burn spinach.

I read it on some website about guppies. Oh well i will not try burning it then, or going on that website again.

They must have meant blanched instead of burnt. I guess it could be a spell check thing.

I think generally, burning gets rid of any nutrition out of any food, so there is unlikely to be any rational reason why you would do it.

LOL blanched it must be... who would want to feed burnt foods to anything?
