So I have a 12 gallon tank, so about 75 watts should grow the easier corals, no? So instead of getting a 75 watt bulb, but can i instead get something like two 40 watts? Even thats hard to find tho, because im using an eclipse that 21" long. Can anyone either give me a suggestion, or a link to solve this? I found a retro fit that is made for eclipse, but it said its only 35 watts. So can i find a way to get that higher? Like double?

What is wrong with a single 75 watt tube?

What light is a 75 watt tube? incandescent?

You can totally mix and match bulbs. What I'd suggest though is one of these

I have two T5s and two metal halides for my 120gal reef.

I only have a 12 gallon, tank, so how in the heck could i find one bulb??? SkiFletch, thanks so much, you're like TheFishGuy up in the freshwater side to me. lol. That is great priced too. What could it fit in? How would it saty in my hood? Sorry, im noob to mods.

I was just looking a littel closer, and.. What all would i need to get this baby over my eclipse?

Someone? Please? What else needs to be purchased to get this up?

yes, but it's an eclipse hood, which are suppossed to be hard to mod

Hummm, well would the dimensions inside the hood support a 96watt quad fixture like I linked? That would be a good option, otherwise you're gonna have to look ingo 26watt PCs.

well i was really looking at that, iand i do belive it will. However, i was looking for the reason its so cheap, and found that tahts only the bulb. lol. What do i need to mount that in my tank? What holds it? And can you tell me the same info for those pc's you mentioned?

wow. Im only 15, and so far, I've worked and saved hard, because i want to buy everything myself, and have so far. I won't need to upgrade with this light, will I? It looks like it can grown anything in a 12 gallon
