I got home from work last night and checked my fish as normal, all looked well and healthy as they have done since being added gradually over the last few weeks, the last being last Saturday.
When i went to feed them at about 9pm last night (4 hours after checking them before) i found my penguin tetras have what looked like shiny spots all over their body and fins!!!!!
Now the only thing i added within that time was a small dose of accu clear as the water had become cloudy over the last couple of days since i did a water change and gravel clean.
Could accu clear have caused this
Looking at a few of my Neon tetras they seem to have a few of these spots as well, now i can guarantee they were not there yesterday or early this evening as they are to noticable to miss!!!!
Any ideas folks, could it be white spot? They are feeding well, swimming around fine and are as active as normal, not rubbing against anything or hiding away in corners, no fins clamped together, now these i know are all signs of infection so i'm a little stumped!!!!
All water stats are fine.
HELP!!!
Many thanks
Neil
