Can Fish Hear/ Musical Vibrations Disturb Them?

I was thinking about the alarm clock post. I run my fishroom off of one centralized air pump. While the pump itself is not that loud, 50+ air powered filters in 20+ tanks is louder than my alarm clock. The bubbling sound apparently doesn't bother the fish at all.

I have 6 discus in the same room as my dex!! I mix hard techno while watching them spawn! Dont bother them at all!

My PC 3ft away from the fish tank and they dont seem to mind me listening to Pantera, Metallica or Muse blasting out at all. They do seem to prefer Marillion though which is good because thats what I play the most. lol

Wife doesnt appreciate the good music as much though

lol my fish don't seem to be that bothered- the only thing that disturbs them is that dreadful rnb my gf listens to lol

the Hoover seems to be the only thing that bothers the fish!

my fish seem to dance when ever i play my music my killifish starts rolling over himself in an S shape and my guppies become more active and all the fish come out even the kuhlii loaches start swimming about i guess they like metal

I was just about to type the same.... Fish in one of my tanks seem to feed better and are more 'playful' for want of a better word when I play certain types of music!
