Can Anyone Tell Me Please Where I Can Find Certain Oddball Fish...plea

Hi, I am really looking forward to keeping mainly two oddball type fish which are:
Fire Eel
& Figure 8 Puffer
I already have one type which is a birchir living by it self in a 3ft tank. I am only wanting a small fire eel at no bigger than 6" max, and the puffer at any size. The thing is that i am finding a 5ft tank and i have seen one that i would like to buy for the fire eel. So will it be ok to keep the fire eel in the 3ft tank for the time being very likely that it would be 6"s max.
My main question is that, is there anyone selling a fire eel or a figure 8 puffer and i will pick up 30 miles around Doncaster max. So if you're selling or know someone or a shop that is selling a fire eel smaller than 6" or at about 6" and also a figure 8 puffer at any size then please can you reply back on here please, with the details of where you are, the size of the fish and price please.

no one a fig 8 is brackish. and two a fire eel i believe grows 3ft so no. but if you had a brackish tank then you could have a fig 8

I suggest you do some research on the fish you like, compatibility and size. Fire Eels grow - simple fact - far too large for a 3ft tank and Fig 8 puffers are brackish.
