Can any one tell me what type of betta he is?

No i saved him from LFS, they put him in guppy tank.

Ok, good. Everything I said above still stands. He is a delta tale betta.

I still think he’s a delta tale. As you can see in my avatar/profile picture, my betta is a Super delta tale. Yours is definitely a delta tale.

It is very hard to tell unless the betta is flaring.
Delta tail - edges of the tail fin are straight and around 60 degrees apart when flaring
Half moon - edges of the tail fin are straight and 180 deg apart when flaring
Super delta - edges of the fin are straight and between 60 and 180 deg apart when flaring.
