Fish Fanatic
Guys, I started a post a little while ago with regards to camellanus worms. These are little red worms that hang out of the fish's....you guessed it, anus. I went to a few of my LFS's and none of them had ever heard of this, and obviously as a result did not know how to treat it. Therefore, as per usual; I took to this forum and got some very good advise.
One of the guys that replied advised me to use 'Sera Nematol' as he had used this to treat the condition in his own tank. I ordered some off Amazon and used it last friday.
On the sunday morning, I noticed that the fish affected; my albino bristlenose has shook them off and he no longer has any worms hanging out of his anus. Therefore, treatment successful!
I just wanted to share this with all of you guys just incase you run into the same problem. Use Sera Nematol, it's really good stuff.
