I have been keeping a close eye on a guppy and just noticed I tiny red line poking out of it. Googling has helped me ID this as camallanus worms but I really need a treatment now! Is it possible to treat the tank as I have snails and shrimp too..

I have recently found worms in my gravel... that may or may not be camallanus. The most recommended treatment I have found is levamisole. I think you may be able to use that on invertebrates. But I'd read about it to make sure.

Sera nemotol is brilliant for treating these worms its also safe for snails, not so sure on shrimp.

Thanks guys, been reading up and have ordered some levamisole. Hopefully that gets them.
