Calling all 10 gallon tanks

3 ottos and a nice school of cardinal tetras. Go for 8 or something, I know they don't make a lot of waste.

ok thanks guys/gals, could questions though.
- Do most/all tetras school together? if not, which ones do?
- If i have live plants do i want a Fluorescent fixture or an Incandescent fixture?

- If i had like 8 fish in it, would i definetely need more than a whisper power filter 10?
