I am going to pick up MixmasterJays tank next week so finally be able to get a proper tank for some of my oddballs. Felt really bad over the last 5 months keeping them in smaller tanks.

yeah I have problems with changing my mind and its never usually for the better. when you came and took a couple is whenI was happeist with the tank

Don't blame you mate, that was a spot on stocking you had. The problem with us is, no matter how good the fish we have, there's always more we want, wouldn't be a problem if we had unlimited space eh oh and funds of course.

Jays tank does look good doesn't it, I can't wait to get it here tomorrow and get my fish in. Got a lovely Fire Eel there in desperate need of a tank just like this. Also a 12" Ornate Bichir in need too. You still selling the Eeal or keeping it now? He looks like he would be a good addition in that 5ft tank of yours with Discus? Pretty sure he wouldn't be any bother to them, or full size Cardinals for that matter.

He's around 8-9" at the minute, he's in a 48"12"15" so it's far from ideal, especially given there are 2 Palmas Bichirs and 2 Senegal's around 5", plus the 12" ornate and a 5" Tiger. You can see my need for this tank, I was determined not to get rid though. Got a 2ft cubed with my knife in my Avatar along with another Tiger and Lima Shovelnose. Not really gonna have much space for anything else in this big one really

Thats not a Tiger shovelnose btw, one is a 4 bar, the other is a silver.
