Bullhead Catfish In U.k.

Hi, I'm looking for a bullhead catfish for sale, preferably in the East Midlands region. Does anybody know if they're still for sale in England?

bullhead catfish is the common name given to around 3 species of Ameiurus

These are now illegal to keep in Britain

I know that you require a license to keep them. Shops seemed to be teeming with them a few years ago, but nowhere nowadays stocks them.

Thanks, they're not the same, but they are cool too, you find them in fast streams in the U.K. - they're known simply as 'bullheads'. I'm after a bullhead catfish, which are american native coldwater catfish. Really interesting creatures, and cute! =]

if they are coldwater fish native to another country they will also be illegal without a license and so most LFS will have taken them off their listings.
